Shocking Service - Promises Are Lies

I joined Webafrica's fibre service as they promised great client service - it has been any thing but. They don't answer their telephone and one is not able to communicate with them at all on the phone. I want out of my \contract"as they have broken their part of the deal. Their telephone system promises a response if you leave your number (still waiting) and they say they are open from 6am (well it is 7.30am now and they not taking calls). Trying waiting for them to answer a call - I have not been successful yet!! Worse than Telkom."""
