Shocking service!! No work, no-pay!

Customer service is non existent, their WhatsApp service doesn't work. I tried all day to get feedback..no response or just an error. Shocking! I've lost an entire day of work due to this costing me money! Their phone lines just ring or send you back to the WhatsApp service that doesn't work! Very disappointing for R799pm 100/100 uncapped fiber! Changing my service provider and won't recommend.
