Shocking service! No Support!

Hi I upgraded my fibre package from 100Mbps to 300 Mbps on the 12/08/2020 and it is still capped at 100Mbps. I have logged 2 tickets, spoken to 4 agents. They keep transfering me to an agent on their whatsapp system but it never goes through. I get a message back someone will contact me its been 3 days nothing. Support is non-existent! I will be moving our whole companies lines away to another service provider.
