Shocking service from WebAfrica

I requested a fiber installation on the 1st October and too date 1 am still waiting. I call and whatsup client services and promises are made to call me and update me by a brand manager with no luck. Still waiting for fiber installation, as I run a business from home I have had to purchase data to service my clients
