Shocking service from Webafrica

I have been trying for 2 weeks now for a Manager to call me back, spoken to 5 different agents who have all said they have requested a call back for me. The 6th on today said he had arranged it and I will be called shortly. Well I am still waiting and have never had such shocking service for something so simple (Change of ownership of a service) I depend entirely on the internet for my business and cannot afford for it to be disconnected because of such poor service
