Shocking service from Webafrica

I Have been without internet since last Wednesday. Been trying to call several times, each time I have given up at 20 - 30 minutes. They keep raving about their watsupp service, which is a HUGE JOKE!!! They say proudly on the website ' Business as usual', which if this is any indication, then I am horrified. I have a son at university, trying to do classes from home, and I run my business from home... this is not acceptable.
