Shocking service from Webafrica

I am definitely not impressed by this service.

I have been trying to cancel my service, and I was probably on the whatsapp line for over 2 hour.

Firstly, I was transferred to 4 different people who all asked me the same thing and then keep telling me they are transferring me. Eventually the 4th person could help me.

Secondly, because I canceled on the 2nd of January and not the 31 December I have been charged an extra months subscription and I must pay a cancelation fee of R999, plus foot the bill for sending the rooter back to them.

Thirdly, when I tried to phone your customer care line, I get told by an AI voice that all calls are being recorded and quote 'please watch your Ps and Qs'.

After all of this, would you want to ever do business with a company that behaves like this?

So in total, I must spend over R2000 to cancel this service! And you guys think this is alright?
