Shocking service from Webafrica!

Hellopeter you should allow for minus star ratings! Webafrica responded to my complaint quite soon after. I responded to them, once on your your site and four times directly but they simply don't answer. My problem with them began in September last year and has simply gone downhill from there. They seem to have split the company into two divisions, the second being Gridhost which I reckon is being set up to take over when Webafrica shuts down. Which with their lack of service delivery can only be imminent. I have written about 130 emails and held onto their callcentre line for about 8 hours but still cannot get anything resolved. Our apartment block had free fibre optic installed in all apartments - not yet connected to outside cable so Webafrica have accused me of *******ly tampering with their system. How? The installing company gave me list of 8 service providers that can handle the connection of the f/o and Webafrica is on the list..not a chance in hell that they will get my new business. In the mean time I've invoiced them for the time spent listening to their telephone music and the number of emails that I wrote - this excludes potential damage to my business in the process. But “they don't make third party payments” Who is the third party? Its me and them! They didn't hold up their side of our agreement and they are penalising me.
