Shocking Service - Fibre Installation

<p>MyBB had this nice little article recently about WebAfrica's Fibre operations and how awesomely smooth it operates. It does not... It is a lie... </p> <p>I have signed up for FTTH about two months ago and still don't even have an installation date, and they keep on telling us it takes 4 to 10 weeks. We are currently on week 9 and they tell me that the process is on week 2. How on earth is that possible? Other than that, they do not provide feedback and when they do reply it is just excuse after excuse.</p> <p> </p> <p>WebAfrica is absolutely horrible. If you're looking for a service provider, steer clear of WA and rather look at one of the other providers. You'll find more joy that way.</p> <p> </p> <p>- Kentarou</p> <p> </p>
