Shocking Service / Don't Keep Promises / Don't Use Ever!

I ordered a promo service on 31/01/2017, completing all necessary documentation. I had to wait for fibre installation. In the interim, I moved - and contacted WebAfrica to change my address for installation(05 April). I was told they had to cancel my order and place a new order. The promo ended 31 March, but the sales team (Ghowa?) confirmed that they would make a note on my order and I would be able to keep the promo (free installation / wifi router). The fibre order call centre guy confirmed there was a note on my order.

Vuma installed (quickly and efficiently) at the new site. I had MANY conversations with WebAfrica regadarding follow up activition, the Vuma installation bill etc. Needless to say: I paid the Vuma installation (I was told that they would credit my customer account for the amount) - but was then told by WebAfrica that they won't honour the promo as it fell outside the offer period. Many emails / telephone calls (driven by myself) until WebAfrica indicated that unless I can provide "written confirmation by WebAfrica", the promo won't be applicable for me.

No problem, my time is worth much more than dealing with a company which doesn't keep it's promises made by employees. I then cancel with WebAfrica .... only to receive a bill for April. I phone to say, "but I never received any services from you". They say, okay we will get back to you. I then receive ANOTHER bill (now for May - showing 2 x months of billing) without having received any services what-so-ever from WebAfrica.

To top it off, I phone them today to query why they are billing me for May when I've cancelled, only to be told they don't have a record of me having cancelled, that's why I've been billed. What a joke. I am now waiting for very feedback from their billing dept : "we will come back to you with the "outcome" and then you can "take your decision" from there". I have a sneaking suspicion it ws phrased as such because they expect me to pay.

My decision is: your service sucks ... you don't keep your promises ... I don't care what you have to offer ... I won't be dealing with our company. My time costs money - and the amount of time I have already expended trying to sort out WebAfrica's mess will ensure that I will never be your customer and I will actively campaign to friends / family and colleagues not to you use your services.
