Shocking service - complete mess - poorest recommendation I have ever made!!

For three weeks, we have been struggling for Webafrica to connect an account transferred to a new owner on my recommendation. (just a simple Transfer) I am so embarrassed I recommended Webafrica - service is absolutely shocking - We were assisted by Glen Chambala who promised it would be a smooth transfer - well now he does not even reply - customer complaints don't reply neither. I recommend to stay away from WEBAFRICA
