Shocking service - comp y falling apart?

My query has remained unresolved for 7 days. No internet. Every agents tells me something different (reset your router, a line issue, a billing issue). Today the answer that takes the cake: your account has been cancelled on the backend. Every time I contacted the call centre I wait for more than 60 MINUTES for a response. Shocking shocking service and no end in sight. Do not use this service provider.
