Shocking service! Canceling in progress

Shocking! 3 days no internet! Worse NOT A HUMAN Anywhere To speak to. Useless bot services that spew the same ridiculous message!! I work from home! This week has been a disaster. Now I see why ....reviews here mirror my dissatisfaction. Now...how to cancel with a service provider WHO DOESN'T HAVE A CALL CENTER!
