Shocking service

Worst internet provider I have come across. You cannot phone them. They only have a whatsapp and then after chatting to a person which was unable to solve the problem promised they will log a call and I am yet after 3 weeks waiting for that call. The only time someone calla you back is if you select the cancellation option. Then they promise that they will be the dedicated person and you can respond directly to their email well liers. Junade is yet to come back to us since we have not had internet from Friday morning. We are now at Monday evening and still they have not fixed the internet. Pathetic service.
