Shocking service

Tried getting in contact with webafrica about my internet being down but looks like it is not only me. You guys don't know what service is and how frustrating it can be. Below is what I keep getting Hi, Willie-the-bot here, I'm still trying to put you through to one of our Live Chat agents, they'll message you as soon as they're available. If however you'd prefer to cancel the Live Chat request, simply type *ENDCHAT*.guess what still waiting. Why do we have to pay for service that we are not getting.
