Shocking service by Webafrica

I logged a moving home request on the 6th March 2020 some 13 days ago now where all they needed to was soft changes and cancel the service and issue a new service request with Vumatel at our new home. I have followed up with them Daily and you can never get to speak to anyone with authority, they simply brush you off an never get back to you. I have threatened to cancel my service with them if i could not speak to a manager. they send the manager emails every time and guess what .. no response. They simply don't care.
