Absolutely Shocking Service

None of the agents can help with a simple transfer of homes because the website self-service doesn't work correctly either so it's just a mess.

I got transferred to about 7 agents, repeating my issue over and over and nobody could help accordingly. They ordered and cancelled my order repeatedly.

I am now paying for 2 wifi services as well because of this and I cannot get it resolved cause nobody can assist
