Shocking service and problem still not resolved.

I have absolutely terrible internet speeds from webafrica, supposed to be on 500mbps/250mbps line and not even reaching 10mbps. logged a fault, when checking it was closed, logged it again and then to check again it has been closed. Call the head office number to be cut off and been on a call waiting now for over 20 mins. Absolutely shocking service with problem still not resolved
