Shocking service and impossible to cancel

I have been trying to cancel my service since the middle of October, then they told me it is a calendar month. I told them to cancel my services, so November would have been the last month, now we're in December and there is no record of it. You can't talk to anyone, only able to use Whatsapp as it is supposed faster, and then it takes 3 hours to get a response!!! I want my service cancelled and my line released ASAP!!! This is the worst company to deal with, and I've been with them for more than 5 years. I wonder if they are state owned because their service went to ****
