Shocking service!

I have sent Leon Ndaba many emails and he is not responding. This is an urgent matter as my contract with my current service provider ends at the close of business tomorrow. I have sent many messages via your website and still nobody has called me. Will a Manager please call me urgently? Your service has been shocking thus far.
