Shocking Service

Without internet for 8 days. When viewed online, it was logged as an area network issue. After day 2, seeing other people getting connected, I started contacting customer\support. I was given a continuous run around + no escalation of the issue. Once the tech came on day 8, it took him 10 minutes to resolve. He said this could have been done days ago.
