SHOCKING 'SERVICE'

We have been battling to SPEAK to someone for over a week with 3 tickets pending , and based on the reviews below it appears NOBODY has had any success in having thier issue resolved. we upgraded our line to 100mb and WebAfrica were take the money for the faster line - i am sitting at LESS THAN 10 when running a speed test. absolutely disgusting 'service' with ZERO support !!!
