Shocking Service

After I told them I was moving, the ONT was installed I was without internet for almost two weeks. Told me to get my own router , iv been trying to reach support almost the entire week last week to sort my billing issue,customer support told me my issue was escalated and now the internet is completely off. The bill came I have made payment Still no service. Wont be recommending
