Shocking service

I was with them for 2 1/2 years. Then I upgraded to a 100/10 line and suddenly the signal was never strong enough for my company VPN. They never bothered to come here and sort it out, after the 6th router reboot /settings change I gave cancellation notice. Then they improved and made promises to keep me on. As soon as I agreed to stay they deteriorated again. Then I cancelled again. Now they want me to bring them their router (2 yrs and 9 months later) or they will charge me R1000. VOX installed and its perfect.
