Shocking service - 3 days and still no help in resolution

I have just wasted 3 days trying to resolve my elderly mother's internet access. Willie the chatbot is totally ******* and just sends me in a loop. I cannot get anyone to talk to for help. Pathetic service! My case number is ***4.
