Shocking service

Absolutely shocking service from Webafrica. Just try to cancel your service after far over a year's contract, and you're met with stonecold resistance. After spending an hour on the phone, and being referred to their super duper on the spot Whatsapp service, no luck in cancelling my service! Can someone from Webafrica please make it easier than climbing Mount Everest to assist me???? One would start to suspect you sign your life away if you sign up with Webafrica!
