Shocking service

I placed an order with them on the 5th of April for an LTE router till today I haven't received it. I have contacted them via their whatsapp number an felt with a guy by the name of Shane Piertese who told me the router was dispatched last week Tuesday but other than he can't give me anymore details as he doesn't have the tracking number from the courier he will only get it on Wednesday, which to me that is utterly nonsense I work for a courier company myself I know that as you dispatch the parcel you get the waybill which has the tracking number However in this case am given a run around I have tried calling their number my calls are being transferred and no answer until its hung up. All I need to know is where is my router as I have paid in full for this delivery but am left in the dark. Their service is shocking and until professional. Order number- ***
