Shocking service

Their service is shocking! I've been trying to cancel my contract and each time I answer 1000 questions, they tell me they will transfer me to cancellations and then they disappear. Now they are telling me i have to give a full calendar months notice so it will only be cancelled at the end of December even though I have been trying to cancel it for two days and nobody has helped me!!
