Shocking service

Webafrica is shocking, you cannot get hold of ANY ONE even on there chat BOT ive tried for days, even calling into sales to try get to the right department. How does one make any queries if you CANNOT get through and thats not the only issue ive tried for 2 weeks to sort out our line speed which is far from close to what we getting. Ive been holding on for 2 hours its beyond a joke. I will not pay for services if this is how one operates. I. So upset and past angry. I think i will email Tim wyatt directly. See if the CEO can help.
