Shocking service

Our fibre line in the area has been on and off this whole week. We log calls and only get info relating an outage with NO restoration time. This is now Thursday and I have contacted them x 2 today. Its the 4th time this week and still no improvement. I am considering to move my account away as this is shocking. Just give us feedback. We are working from home.
