Shocking non existent service

This is pathetic. Actually can't call it service because there is none. They cannot even talk to a person and have a stupid whatapp line that takes hours to get an answer from but they say it's less than 5 minutes. I paid for a service and now they cant connect it. They also are not contactable via phone. They say the waiting time is 45 minutes. When calling from a cell phone don't think so. This impersonal robot thing does not work for me. I think their excuse of covid is *******. What has covid got to do with phone calls as this is not physical contact or is it? I am so disgusted in this service.
