Shocking Level of customer Service

I Requested cancellation of service on 08/04/2021 then my 30 days notice is may which I also paid in full for cancellation to be on 01/06/2021,i spoke to Rory on 20/04/2021 and I have it in writing confirming that service will be cancelled effective 1 June but my account still active and was debited this morning's have been on whatzapp chat from 8am and been transferred all around till now no one help me, each and every consultant I spoke to just left me hanging, I need my refund and services cancelled, I spoke to @ Phumelele,Wandile,Taswell and Reagan none of them help me instead I just get massage that I been transferred to agent

This is zero customer service no one has sympathy to assist or hear what you want to say.please sort out the cancelation and refund me please
