Shocking first time service

Just been migrated from Serve Hosting to Webafrica with all my clients. All old emails are automatically been downloaded. <br> No answer from their technical service desk, no answer from there Live Chat, still waiting for a reply from the service ticket logged.<br> <br> Might as well cancel all services and move else where.
