Shocking customer service from Webafrica

This is what WebAfrica's Facebook page says you do:

WHAT WE DO: We are all about making online easy. We love our customers. Making you happy makes us happy. So, we always try to make sure you get what you need, with high-speed internet connections, excellent year-round technical support, and user-friendly tools.

Well, I lodged a complaint in December 2018. It is now MARCH and nothing has been done, even after numerous phone calls to your people and after speaking to a manager! Each one promising to phone back and then they don't. I WANT MY ISSUE DEALT WITH IMMEDIATELY. We paid for 6 months upfront and we still don't know why our account was stopped without authorisation and no refund has been made for the days that our wifi was switched off by someone in your company who had no authorisation to do so. So no investigation and no information to the customers you say you love, try to make happy and for whom you make sure 'we get what we need'. My email address is ********** I want answers please. Use my email address to contact me.

Quite happy to take the money for the service, but then no actual service provided.
