Shocking Customer Service - Fibre Service Cancellation and transfer
I am experiencing the most shocking Customer Service whilst cancelling my fibre service. I need to understand how to have my line released so my new ISP can activate my service and I cannot get an answer from the WhatsApp Support chat; instead I have been transferred 4 times after being in an online chat for over an hour, each time being asked to repeat my query whilst the agents have clear view of the previous conversation.

Jonno: Once you have asked for the release, how long does it take to action?
Webafrica: Agent: it normally take 24-48 hours
Jonno: And once the release has been actioned, does the current service stop?
Webafrica: Agent: correct until the new ISP takes over the line so it will be down for a few hours most times
An absolute disgrace that this information, along with a clear explanation of the of the process, can't simply be provided on their website.
