Shocking Customer Service

Shocking customer service experience. WhatsApp chats are the worst way to deal with multiple queries as agents pass customers on to a different departments. I have been on chat from 11:00 to 17:30. A service request and charge was put through without my consent and it has been a pain to try and resolve. It would be far easier to do so by phone. The moving and cancellation fees are ridiculous.
