SHOCKING BAD SERVICE

Webafrica was contacted to report no internet access on a fibre line by my Business.

I had to phone numerous times holding for 10 minutes plus before the call cntre agents even answers.

Then I am told that a certain Crag is the person to fix the problem and that he is the only person in Webafrica that can do it. I am put on hold for at least 30 minutes a time (one time actually more than an hour holding with same tune music oiver and over in my ears), then my calls ges either terminated or told that Craig will phone me - EMPTY PROMISES. Nothing then happens and I must phone again to hold on forever and being told the same story.

It is 5 hours later and my connection is not restored. Wenafrica is evasive in problem solving with call centre agents just saying Craig must fix (whatever is wrong), yet it appears from what they say that he comfortably sits in a meeting.

This service is shocking to say the least. The impact of no Internet connection is costing my Business thousands of rands with Webafrica appearing not to be bothered.

I have spoken to many call cantre agents - from Michaila, Ashwin, Mohammed, etc. All of them spin the same story - Craig is the man - YET HE IS NOT AVAILABLE.

In an IT business, surely there should be ample staff to have the ability to solve the problem for clients.

They should accept accountability for this GROSS BAD SERVICE.
