SHOCKING APPALLING SERVICE - DO NO USE

The absolute worst company to deal with. Can you believe that an IT company that provides IT access can't even give you the option of speaking to a HUMAN. The chatbot is ridiculous and gets into a loop - you get nowhere!!!

Then if you phone it says "there are no agents available" and cuts the call!!!!
