Shocking and substandard service - avoid them as ISP
Shocking and indifferent service experienced from this ISP. Their so-called chat service is below substandard. And of talking to them is impossible. I did not have internet access for a while. The router was blamed. I replaced the router and I still do not have access. Contacting them does not help at all. If you want any type of service, avoid them at all costs.
