Shocking and SLOW service

In such a competative industry it is shocking to see companies with little to NO customer service or easy access to speak to a technician or person. - (WEB OR CHAT only).. no actual speaking.. Internet is consistantly down or SLOW and your average wait to connect to an agent is 30min or more.. i am currently at 40min wait..

and on top of that.. you have the audacity to have a whopper of a cancellation fee if people wish to leave your shocking service... disgusting!!!

Your customer service and actual service provided needs SERIOUS improvement.. IMPROVE YOUR WAIT TIMES!!!!!
