Shocking after sales support!!!!!!!

The after sales service is shocking!!! I have spent hours and hours trying to get hold of an actual person and noone answers the phone. The whatsapp automated assistance is totally useless and there have been multiple call backs promised but nothing, agents are busy or unavailable.
