<p>Got the 299p/m a month package to setup our ecommerce store and it's impossible to get hold of the technical department. We tried calling, tried live chat, submitted tickets, emailed, messaged on facebook and twitter. The only department we did get a response back from was billing saying our debit order is in progress. I'll never EVER use this place again. They are very eager to get payments but there's absolutely no support from their side.</p>
