Shady as hell

Webafrica/Vumatel this is a match made in heaven these 2 companies have so much in common, take your money, don't provide you with internet, don't respond too complaints, don't have email addresses or contact numbers. That should have been a red flag but unfortunately we realize to late the mistake we made choosing these shady companies. I have had no internet for several weeks inspite my account being debited like clockwork. They famous response when you finally do manage to find an agent WE ESCALATING the problem. Please if any of you hear Webafrica or Vumatel just run like hell. And notice after all our reviews business did not respond. How can they when they know they are **********, when they know they cannot fix your problem because they are the problem.
