Sevice up to *******

Been with them 5 years and omw moved homes and installer comes out says there a problem that came from webafrica that should have picked up there was other lines as they are with sevice provider I have told them from the beginning I work from home and if not installed I don't get paid... 2 half weeks still waiting and they say they waiting for open sever to respond I'm sure there ways to contact them and get direct answer which they can't give me but be happy to take your money thou really not happy with service I am getting
