I would give the a less than zero rating if possible.

Webafrica is a *******, I enquired about getting an internet line ut was charged a fee of R673.75 although the advert said R399. To date no service has been provided and yet they are charging me.

What a **** they are running. Unbelieveable, I have seen so many complaints and NO responses.

I have been calling their help line for the past 2 days and nobody has picked up or responded. They keep repeating that due to the covid pandemic, not all their staff are availabe which I do NOT believe.
