We have been experiencing network issues for the past 3 days with WebAfrica.After logging numerous calls and complaints, the only service we received,was an extremely slow to answer bot ,cause apparently they got no PEOPLE to assist you in a matter.You have to wait for the technicians to eventually ,maybe, phone you , cause they only answer on WhatsApp.And if they do phone you ,you get multiple answers to a question.Don’t actually know which on is the right one.I’d really suggest WebAfrica get their service act together , because there isn’t any.
