Services terminated without reason.

Webafrica has not debited my account for this month. They normally debit on the 1st of the month so I though because the 1st was on a Sunday they will debit this morning nothing happened the money is still in my account. My issue is that they suspended my services since yesterday even though its their fault not to debit. I have a student who is writing exams on line the assignments are due today. VUMA was installed to help with students who could not attend classes due to the lockdown now these students will suffer due to a service provider who is negligent and couldn't care. Is there maybe another competitor on the market that could be of service. VUMA/Webafrica is a failure.
