Services suspended while account is being debited

WebAfrica is a ****. They are debiting my account monthly but suspended services and claim that payment was not received even after the bank confirmed the payment went through. There is no direct number you can call instead you are subjected to *********** personnel via a WhatsApp chat that is useless and can’t solve anything.
