Services not Rendered and they expect payment

The company never delivered my router and now they have been sending me invoices. I explained to them many times that i did not receive any delivery and i even send them pictures and serial number of the router in my house. The last email i received from them was on the 10th of October 2021 and they said they will investigate and come back to me, which they never did. The next thing my name have been listed with ITC. Please get your house in order and stop tarnishing my name. I pay all debts on time.
