Service Worth Vomiting On!!!!!

Every day this week I have being trying to get feedback on our new order which we ordered a month agao. When I call the help desk all they can tell me is that its been assigned to Openserve & nothing more, when I connect with them via their whatsapp live chat I am promised that a brand manager and service manager will be contacting me for further assistance and this never happens. I log tickets and then all of a sudden I get an email to say the ticket has been closed because its resolved, which is not the case because no one has returned any of my calls or tried to assist.

The service is absolutely absurd especially for the amount of business we do with Web Africa.

I need some assistance right now!
